Returns Policy

At Rosina B, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returning an Item

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Free from marks, odours, pet hair, perfume, or any signs of wear

  • Returned in their original packaging where possible

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

How to Return

To arrange a return, please contact us at rosinabclothing@hotmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
